I. Performance and Applications

EZF-903 Evaporator Scale Inhibitor and Dispersant is composed of dendritic macromolecular polymers and dispersants. It is specifically developed for evaporators to handle water with high hardness, high alkalinity, and high sulfate content. Through mechanisms such as threshold effect and lattice distortion, it prevents scaling of inorganic salt ions like calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate. This evaporator scale inhibitor is widely used in complex water systems such as wastewater concentration and seawater desalination. It helps maintain the normal operation of equipment like MVR, MED, and MSF, reduces the frequency of shutdowns for maintenance, improves production efficiency, and extends the service life of the equipment.

III. Usage Method

Add the evaporator scale inhibitor and dispersant to a plastic dosing barrel (or tank). It can also be diluted with water. Use a metering pump to continuously add the chemical at the front end of the evaporator equipment. The dosage is based on wastewater flow rate, typically 50-200 mg/L. The specific amount of the evaporator scale inhibitor should be determined according to water quality conditions.
